California first responders get faster mental health support through new state program
Run by Spring Health, the new Whole You program brings mental health support to first responders in California
California has launched a new mental health program for its 245,000 state employees, with enhanced support for first responders who face high rates of PTSD. The program, called Whole You and run by Spring Health, offers faster access to care and is backed by research showing high recovery rates. It is available now through state department benefits.
